Data Protection Box

On 14 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was adopted by the European Parliament.

This Regulation is a comprehensive piece of legislation that applies across the EU and replaces previous national data protection laws. The GDPR has been in force since 25 May 2018.
