Christian Öhner is Managing Partner at PwC Legal Austria. Before launching PwC Legal Austria in September 2016, he was a partner in the M&A practice group of Wolf Theiss as well as in the law firm oehner petsche pollak attorneys-at-law. He also worked for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Christian Öhner is an expert in corporate law as well as in complex M&A transactions in and out of Austria and has supervised numerous projects in the field of Financial Services. Christian Öhner assists clients in corporate restructuring transactions on a regular basis. Furthermore, he advises various international clients, in particular international groups and their investors, in all kinds of legal matters in Austria.
