He has several years of professional experience with a focus on cross-border and domestic corporate restructurings, M&A transactions, insurance contract and supervisory law, ESG matters and all areas of corporate and commercial law. Before joining PwC Legal*, Daniel Höhnl worked for leading international law firms in Vienna. He is author of numerous publications and speaker at various national summits and conferences.
