Carina Wolf

Carina Wolf is a Senior Manager at PwC Legal Austria in the Financial Services practice group. She has many years of professional experience both in external legal advice and as an in-house lawyer. Carina Wolf gained experience in all areas of corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in regulatory law, corporate law, capital markets law, corporate governance & compliance and digital assets (e.g. cryptocurrencies) and advises clients primarily in these areas. Before joining PwC Legal Austria, Carina Wolf worked for leading law firms in Vienna and in the FinTech environment. In particular, Carina Wolf established and headed the legal and compliance departments in a large Austrian cryptocurrency service provider.
